St. John’s Pre-K classes prepare children for kindergarten under a framework of guided instruction and imaginative play. Our Pre-K program provides a literacy rich environment, fostering interest and enjoyment for literature; children are provided hands-on practice using concrete materials to expand their understanding of mathematical concepts. They are taught important social, physical, emotional and critical thinking skills necessary to cultivate confidence and an enthusiastic outlook about school. St. John’s Pre-K program immerses students in engaging programs dedicated to developing a strong foundation for a brighter educational future.

I have had a love for children ever since I can remember. I started working with children by running a daycare business. After that, I decided to go to school and become a preschool teacher. Watching a child learn something and knowing I helped them along the way is the best thing in the world. I enjoy working at St. John's and look forward to all the adventures coming my way. I have 32 units in early child education, my AA in Family Studies, and a B.A. in Education.
